The hotel offers a mix of positive features such as a nice small private patio, a HUGE spa in the room, and a decent-sized bathroom; however, the threat of a fine for not doing dishes daily in the kitchen seemed excessive. The location is convenient with good access to facilities and eateries, although it might be too far for some from the city center. Service was excellent, accommodating my elderly parents with a room change and allowing us to store bags after checkout for a smooth departure. The dining options were limited to takeaway only for the advertised offer, reducing the overall dining experience.

The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not the ones we had booked, were spotless but had a few issues like ants in the bathroom. The service was commendable, especially during and after the cyclone. The location, close to the CBD, was convenient, though not near the airport. The dining options were limited, but the homemade muffins were a nice touch.
